Birthdays

 Most of you know I celebrated my birthday a few days ago.  When I was younger I was one that would say it's my birthday month, then it was week, then it was weekend and now I pretty much stick to the day with a little mention here and there about a week leading up to it.  I actually get feelings of excitement even now.  I totally blame Doris Jean.  She always celebrated BIG!  

I know people who do not like to mention their birthday or even celebrate it.  I say to each their own but I would love to celebrate them.  Having so much death around me throughout my life I understand how precious every birthday truly is.  I choose to celebrate life, the gift of life! The idea that God knew the Earth needed YOU! You have a purpose, you are here for a reason.  I think that itself is something to celebrate. 

You are a masterpiece deserving to be celebrated every day, especially on your birthday!
